Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm based in New York, is seeking a mid-level associate with over 3 years of experience to join their Tax group. The role involves negotiating and drafting tax-related provisions in various transaction documents such as purchase agreements, merger agreements, partnership agreements, and credit agreements. The candidate should also be skilled in researching complex tax issues and structuring the tax aspects of corporate and partnership transactions. Experience in transactional tax practice areas such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, debt finance, bankruptcy/financial restructuring, special situations, and private credit is highly desirable.
