Our client is seeking a mid-level tax associate (3rd to 6th year) for their Chicago office, specializing in the taxation of corporate and partnership business transactions. The role involves working on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, fund formation, and financing transactions. Ideal candidates will possess stellar academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
