Description
Our client is seeking an Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join its Tax Planning and Business Transactions section in Houston. Candidates with prior experience in a law firm or accounting firm environment are preferred. An LL.M. in Tax is advantageous, but those with a J.D. and a strong interest in tax planning and business transactions will also be considered. The ideal candidate will possess excellent drafting, research, and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects both independently and as part of a team.
