Our client is seeking a highly qualified Patent Associate or Patent Agent to join their Intellectual Property team in Roseland, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in drafting, preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications, specifically for software such as operating systems, middleware software, directory servers, network management, virtualization, and cloud computing. A degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, along with work experience as a software developer, is required. Admission to the USPTO is mandatory.
