Description
Our client, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join their office in Tysons, VA. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of civil litigation experience, either in private practice or government, and be adept at managing written and e-discovery, drafting pleadings and legal memoranda, and handling depositions and hearings. Strong writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a robust work ethic. Candidates must be in good standing with the Virginia Bar, with admission to federal Virginia courts preferred, and experience in labor and employment law is a plus.
