Description
Our client is seeking a lawyer to join their Tax Controversy & Litigation Practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience with federal large case controversy, preferably from a large law firm or Big Four accounting firm. The role requires expertise in handling complex IRS matters involving multinationals, familiarity with transfer pricing concepts, and a deep understanding of IRS procedures related to large corporate entities and partnerships. Strong tax research and writing skills are essential, and experience with IRS Chief Counsel is a plus. An LLM is preferred.
