Description
Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a midlevel patent litigation associate with a minimum of five years of experience to join their Intellectual Property Group. The role can be based in various major cities across the United States. The ideal candidate should have a background in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field. Extensive experience in all phases of patent litigation, including first-chairing depositions, writing expert reports, drafting and arguing motions, and arguing appeals is required. Industry experience in telecommunications, automotive, and other high-tech industries is beneficial. Candidates must hold a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction's bar. The firm's IP Litigation team is comprised of seasoned trial lawyers who have the technical knowledge required to tackle complex IP disputes, including patent, trademark, and copyright litigation.
