Description
Our client seeks a mid-level associate to join their industry-leading Technology Transactions and Sourcing (TTS) practice group in Northern Virginia or Washington, D.C. The TTS team structures, negotiates, and closes complex deals related to technology and intellectual property, IT and business process services, and various commercial transactions. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in complex technology and IP deals, including software licensing, cloud services, e-commerce agreements, AI/ML services, media licensing, and digital infrastructure transactions. Experience in IP due diligence for M&A, private equity, and corporate transactions is essential. Additional experience in drug and medical device development, data privacy and security, and government services is a plus. Candidates should possess excellent analytical, writing, and project management skills, the ability to collaborate across teams, current law firm experience, and superior academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
