Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an associate with 2 to 4 years of experience to join their Technology Transactions practice in one of their many offices across the United States (this is not a remote position). The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in areas such as software licensing, professional services contracting, outsourcing, enterprise software system implementations, cloud computing services, hosting, AI contracting implications, and transactional support. Strong writing, analytical, and oral communication skills are a must. The candidate should have a background demonstrating capabilities in technology, licensing, or professional services delivery or management. The successful candidate will receive additional training and will be involved in a wide range of leading-edge transactions. The candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school with excellent academic credentials and must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the jurisdiction in which the candidate is admitted to practice. Timely admission to the California Bar will be a condition of employment. The ability and desire to work as part of a team is essential.
