Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level technology transactions associate with a minimum of three years of experience for their offices in California (San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley), New York, or Washington DC. The role involves supporting a prestigious technology transactions practice that handles complex deals for leading and startup companies in technology, digital media, consumer technology, and life sciences both domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial, technology, IP licensing, digital media/consumer technology transactions, M&A, and content licensing and distribution. Candidates should possess superior academic credentials and excellent communication skills. Applicants must be barred in the state of the office they are applying for or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
