Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 1-3 years of regulatory experience to join their Transportation & Trade practice group. Candidates with a background in government, regulatory, administrative law, and/or anti-trust are strongly preferred, with a particular interest in maritime and/or aviation law. The role requires excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills. A license to practice in Maryland, D.C., or Virginia is necessary, along with a willingness to seek admission to the D.C. bar if not already admitted. The team is recognized for its expertise in transportation regulations, competition law, and government affairs, representing a diverse range of clients in the maritime and aviation sectors.
