Description
Our client, a highly ranked Trademark Group, is seeking an associate with two to five years of trademark experience. The ideal candidate should have experience with trademark searching, global trademark strategy development, and domestic and international trademark prosecution and enforcement. Additional experience with TTAB proceedings, online and social media enforcement, and UDRP proceedings is a plus. Superior writing and communication skills are required, and foreign language skills are highly valued. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, team-centric environment that encourages collaboration and disfavors hierarchical practices. The role involves delivering practical, business-oriented client service to domestic and international clientele, ranging from start-up ventures to publicly traded companies.
