TRADEMARK ASSOCIATE (3010)
Description
Our client, a prominent international law firm, is seeking a junior associate to join its Intellectual Property Practice Group. The successful candidate will have experience managing domestic and international trademark portfolios, including trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement. Preferred qualifications include experience before the TTAB and/or trademark litigation, with additional expertise in areas such as copyrights, social media, advertising, online business, licensing, and privacy being advantageous. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials and demonstrate strong communication, organization, research, writing, and analytical skills. A motivated and independent individual with a willingness to learn and work diligently will thrive in this role. A writing sample and law school transcript are required, along with bar admission based on location (preferably NY or Philadelphia) or the ability to become admitted by waiver.
