Description
Our client is seeking a Trademark Associate with exceptional abilities to join their Trademark/Copyright group. The role involves handling a wide range of matters, including trademark searching, clearance, prosecution, infringement litigation, TTAB opposition and cancellation proceedings, and other counseling and contentious issues. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong interest in transitioning from a litigation-focused practice to one that includes both counseling and contentious work. Candidates must possess excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills to manage large multinational projects and provide sophisticated advice on trademark and copyright issues.
