Description
Our client is seeking a 4th to 6th year transactional associate to join their Sports Practice Group in San Francisco. This role involves handling commercial transactions within the sports and entertainment sectors, with potential involvement in real estate, intellectual property, and general corporate matters. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in sports-related transactions, such as naming rights, sponsorships, venue development, and athlete agreements. However, candidates with strong transactional skills and some experience in sports and entertainment will also be considered. This is a unique opportunity to join a nationally recognized sports practice and collaborate with seasoned sports partners to serve a diverse clientele, including professional sports leagues, teams, and media companies.
