Our client is seeking a Technology and Data Transactions Attorney to join their Data Strategy, Security & Privacy team. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy associate with 3-5 years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex technology and data-related transactions, including software development, licensing, cloud computing, and master services agreements across various industries such as fintech, healthcare, retail, and more. The position also involves working on mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other multidisciplinary transactions. Candidates should have a strong background in technology matters, including due diligence for M&A, understanding of privacy and cybersecurity provisions, and familiarity with privacy laws like CCPA and GDPR.
