Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a 2nd – 6th year Associate for their U.S. State and Local Tax (SALT) Practice in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials from a top law school, excellent writing and advocacy skills, and admission to the California bar. An LLM in Taxation and an interest in federal, state, and local tax controversies are required. Experience with property tax and documentary transfer tax is highly preferred. The role involves working with a diverse range of clients, including multinational corporations and high net worth individuals, providing comprehensive tax planning and advice.
