Description
Our client is seeking a junior associate to join its Litigation Group, focusing on government and internal corporate investigations and white-collar defense matters involving civil, criminal, and administrative laws such as the False Claims Act and the Anti-Kickback Statute. Ideal candidates will have 0-2 years of experience in complex litigation, a strong interest in the healthcare industry, and preferably trial or clerkship experience. A strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school (Top 20% preferred) and admission to practice in Georgia are required. Candidates should possess exceptional project management skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
