Our client is seeking an associate with two to four years of experience to join their Project Finance, Infrastructure & Real Estate Department in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial and affordable housing real estate transactions, representing developers, landowners, and investors in various property types including commercial, multifamily, retail, and industrial. Key areas of focus include real estate acquisition and disposition, financing transactions, commercial leasing, real estate development, development and management agreements, and government incentive programs.
