Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an associate attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience to join their Securities Practice. This role involves representing issuers and investment banks in a variety of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-on public offerings, cross-border listings, private placements, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling complex, multi-jurisdictional acquisitions and divestitures involving public companies, as well as expertise in '34 Act and corporate governance matters.
