Description
Our client seeks a highly skilled associate with 4-6 years of experience for its award-winning antitrust practice in Washington, D.C. The selected candidate will work in a close-knit team setting and handle significant responsibilities on a wide variety of antitrust matters, including mergers, government investigations, litigation, and counseling. Qualified candidates will have demonstrable proficiency in antitrust, shown through prior matters, ABA Antitrust Law Section activity, law school coursework, or pre-law employment. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, and excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills. Prior government experience is preferred but not required.
