Description
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a mid-level antitrust associate to join their Antitrust, Competition, and Distribution practice group based in Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate should have two to four years of experience in a firm or government agency, with a focus on competition-related matters involving litigation, regulatory enforcement, product distribution, and complex mergers and acquisitions. Experience with antitrust litigation, civil or criminal enforcement, and/or Hart-Scott-Rodino filings or second requests is a must. Prior experience in the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, or consumer protection is a plus. The candidate should possess exceptional academic credentials, a strong work ethic, and excellent writing and research skills.
