Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with 2-5 years of experience in Antitrust, Competition & Trade practice. The ideal candidate will have transactional antitrust experience, including HSR and deal counseling, and merger investigations before the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Justice, and other enforcement agencies. Additional experience in antitrust compliance counseling and agency-facing work is desirable. The candidate should possess excellent research and writing skills, academic performance, and the ability to multitask across matters. The candidate should also value collegiality and inclusivity, enjoy mentoring junior associates, and be eager to contribute to sophisticated and cutting-edge work.
