Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their top-ranked Antitrust & Competition Practice. The role can be based in either New York or Washington, DC. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in antitrust matters, including litigation. They should possess excellent research, writing, and analytic skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. The role involves working on a range of complex antitrust matters, including litigation, merger review, civil investigations, and criminal/cartel investigations. The candidate will also have the opportunity to work on cross-office teams, including with competition lawyers in London and Brussels on mergers and cross-border conduct matters. Applicants must currently be licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) where they apply.
