Description
Our client is seeking mid-level associates (Class of 2020-2022) with general litigation experience for their Palo Alto office. Ideal candidates will have experience in discovery, brief writing, and pre-trial preparation, with prior clerking experience being advantageous. Applicants must be active members of the California bar and demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team across various offices and practice areas. A high level of academic achievement is required. The role involves handling complex commercial claims, including contract disputes, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and more.
