Description
Our client is seeking a non-partnership track Senior Employment Attorney for their offices in Short Hills, NJ, and/or New York, NY. The ideal candidate will possess a JD and be admitted to practice in New Jersey and/or New York. This role involves managing litigation, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and handling class action and single plaintiff cases related to wage disputes, misclassification, harassment, discrimination, and more. The attorney will also provide employment law advice, draft and negotiate employment-related agreements, and advise on employment aspects of corporate transactions. A minimum of 8 years of experience in labor and employment law, including litigation and transactional work, is required, along with a strong understanding of state and federal employment laws.
