Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm based in Washington, D.C., is seeking a 3rd-8th Year Associate to join their Antitrust and Competition practice group. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in antitrust and competition law, including government and internal investigations, government enforcement actions, and civil antitrust litigation. This includes handling discovery, drafting pretrial motions, and case management. Applicants must have represented clients in state and federal courts and before enforcement authorities such as the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. Outstanding academic credentials and previous law firm or government experience are essential. Candidates must be admitted or eligible for admission to the D.C. Bar.
