Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Antitrust group in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with a strong background in M&A, HSR, merger compliance, and transactional counseling. The role involves providing comprehensive antitrust and competition law services, including audits, compliance programs, litigation, government investigations, and international cartel investigations. The successful candidate will work on a variety of cases, including class action litigation, debarment proceedings, and private treble damage litigation, with opportunities to engage in European competition and international trade matters.
