Our client seeks a class of 2021-2022 associate for their Antitrust practice with experience in antitrust merger-related investigations, litigation, and merger clearance. Preferred candidates will also have experience with both federal and state claims. The ideal candidate will embody core values such as being future-focused, diversity-minded, dedicated to excellence, service-oriented, and collaborative. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience are required. The Antitrust practice group includes government officials, engineers, economists, and authorities in international trade regulation, offering broad experience and credibility with key antitrust actors globally.
