Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their expanding antitrust practice in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in transactional antitrust matters, including HSR and deal counseling, and merger investigations before the FTC, DOJ, and state attorneys general offices. Additional experience in antitrust counseling and agency-facing matters is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong academic credentials and references are required. This role is with a leading technology and life sciences law firm known for its dynamic and internationally recognized practice.
