Our client is seeking an Associate to join their Antitrust group in Washington, DC. The team is part of a national government investigations and white-collar litigation group known for handling sensitive matters across civil, criminal, and congressional investigations at both federal and state levels. The role involves working on a wide range of antitrust and competition law areas, including audits, compliance programs, litigation, government investigations, mergers and acquisitions, and international cartel investigations. The ideal candidate will have experience in antitrust counseling and litigation, with a focus on providing creative and practical solutions for clients to compete effectively.
