Description
Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join their dynamic and collaborative Antitrust practice in Washington, DC. The role will primarily focus on M&A antitrust matters, including merger reviews under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act. Ideal candidates should possess a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school, substantive knowledge of antitrust law, and experience with transactional matters involving the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division and/or the Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Competition.
