Our client, a prestigious law firm with offices in the Bay Area, Boston, Chicago, New York, and Washington, D.C., is seeking highly qualified attorneys to join their expanding Antitrust/Competition group. The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience with a focus on transactional-based work. A significant interest in or experience with merger reviews is necessary, and previous FTC/DOJ experience is considered a plus.
