Description

Our client is seeking a skilled mid-level associate to join their Antitrust practice group within the Litigation & Enforcement department in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience advising corporate clients on antitrust laws, including pre-merger due diligence and risk assessments. Responsibilities include conducting antitrust due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, assessing antitrust risks, leading review processes, and handling Second Requests in government investigations by the FTC, DOJ, and state authorities. The role also involves preparing legal documents, providing legal guidance on compliance, and representing clients in negotiations and litigation. Strong knowledge of current antitrust laws and experience with Second Request compliance are essential.
