Description
Our client is seeking an Associate to join their appellate team in Austin, handling challenging and precedent-setting appeals across various subject areas. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of appellate experience, including a court clerkship, and a strong interest in appellate work. Preferred candidates will have clerkship or internship experience with a state or federal court of appeals. Strong legal research, analysis, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and in a team. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and be admitted to the Texas Bar or eligible for admission.
