Description
Our client is seeking a smart, imaginative, and hard-working associate with at least three years of experience to join their Asset and Corporate Finance practice group. Ideal candidates will be self-starters capable of working independently and as part of a team to advise national and international clients. Experience in leveraged finance, asset finance (including real estate finance), structured finance, and/or loan workouts is highly desired. The role involves representing lenders, borrowers, servicers, and other market participants in various financing transactions. Candidates will benefit from active mentoring and opportunities to take on increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality client service are required.
