Description
Our client is seeking a talented associate with a minimum of three years of experience to join their Asset and Corporate Finance practice group. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively to advise both national and international clients. Experience in leveraged finance, asset finance (including real estate finance), structured finance, and loan workouts is highly desirable. The role involves representing various market participants in diverse financing transactions and offers the opportunity to work closely with seasoned lawyers, providing mentorship and increasing responsibility. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to high-quality client service are essential.
