Our client, a premier law firm with elite teams in finance, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, restructuring and special situations, litigation, employment and real estate, is seeking a Mid-Level Associate with three to six years of experience to join their Asset-Backed Finance Group in New York. The ideal candidate must have experience in asset-backed finance transactions and advising issuers, underwriters, placement agents and collateral managers in all aspects of structured finance offerings. The firm represents a diverse range of clients, from sophisticated financial institutions to first-time issuers and startups.
