Description
Our client is seeking a Finance Associate to join their New York office, offering a dynamic opportunity to work within a cohesive and collaborative team. The role involves organizing large transactions, managing various workstreams, and engaging in business development and client-facing activities. Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years of transactional experience in areas such as asset-based finance, leveraged finance, secured lending, capital markets, private equity, project finance, securitization, or structured finance. Experience in drafting loan documents, managing loan transactions, and handling multiple matters simultaneously is essential. A J.D. degree and admission to practice in New York are required. The position focuses on transactions involving aircraft, railcars, ships, and other esoteric asset classes.
