Description
Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking a senior-level associate attorney to join their Asset Finance group in New York. The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school, demonstrate high academic achievement, and have 5-8 years of experience in secured finance, equipment leasing, and/or capital markets. A strong interest in these areas, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. Candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar or eligible to waive in, and prior experience at a top-tier law firm is preferred. The preferred class year is 2017-2020.
