Description
Our client is seeking an Asset Finance & Securitization Associate (class of 2021 to 2019) to join their Global Finance group. The team is renowned for its pioneering work in securitization since the 1980s, representing a diverse range of market participants in structuring complex transactions and asset financings. The ideal candidate will have experience with structured finance and securitization, particularly in Residential Mortgage Backed Securities (RMBS) and consumer Asset Backed Securities (ABS). Additional experience with other asset classes such as solar loans, mineral rights, and trade receivables is advantageous. Large law firm experience is required.
