Description
Our client is seeking an Asset Finance & Securitization Associate (class of 2021 to 2019) to join their Global Finance group. The team has been a leader in securitization since the 1980s, representing issuers, borrowers, hedge funds, credit funds, banks, and underwriters in structuring complex securitization transactions and asset financings. The role involves working on RMBS and consumer ABS offerings in both public and private markets. Ideal candidates will have experience with structured finance and securitization, particularly in RMBS secured by various mortgage loans and consumer ABS secured by loans such as auto loans and credit card receivables. Experience with other asset classes like solar loans and single-family rental properties is also valuable. Large law firm experience is required.
