Description
Our client, a leading player in the Global Finance group, is seeking an associate from the class of 2021 to 2019 to join their Asset Finance & Securitization team. This dynamic team has been at the forefront of securitization since the 1980s and represents a wide range of market participants in structuring complex transactions. The ideal candidate should have prior work experience with structured finance and securitization, particularly with Residential Mortgage Backed Securities (RMBS) and/or consumer Asset Backed Securities (ABS). Additional experience related to other classes such as solar loans, mineral rights, royalties, single family rental properties, timeshares and trade receivables is also beneficial.
