Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Funds Associate with 3-6 years of legal experience to join their Asset Management Group within the Corporate Department. The role involves providing legal advice on matters related to registered investment companies, including mutual funds, ETFs, closed-end funds, interval funds, tender offer funds, and business development companies, as well as advising investment advisers on business and regulatory matters. Key responsibilities include fund formation, registration, compliance, product development, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, advising on securities laws, and representing clients before regulatory authorities such as the SEC. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and address legal issues.
