The ideal candidates will have 3-6 years of legal experience advising on the formation, structuring, and operation of private investment funds. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating fund documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing ongoing legal support to fund managers and investors. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of securities laws, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently while mentoring junior associates.
