Our client is seeking experienced Private Funds Associates with 3-6 years of legal expertise to join their Asset Management Group within the Corporate Department. The role involves advising clients on the formation, structuring, and operation of private investment funds, drafting and negotiating fund documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing ongoing legal support to fund managers and investors. Candidates should have strong knowledge of securities laws, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while coaching junior associates.
