Our client is seeking experienced Private Funds Associates to join their Asset Management Group within the Corporate Department. The ideal candidates will have 3-6 years of legal experience advising on the formation, structuring, and operation of private investment funds. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating fund documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing ongoing legal support to fund managers and investors. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of securities laws, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
