Description
Our client, a prestigious banking group based in New York, is seeking mid-level associates (class of 2021-2020) with general finance experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements, and other loan documents, as well as UCC and general corporate experience. A high level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience is preferred.
