Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Estate Planning & Trusts practice in Orlando, Florida. This role involves concentrating on tax and estate planning matters, advising individuals on various planning issues, and working on major real estate and infrastructure projects, corporate matters, public finance, business planning, complex litigation, and estate planning and administration. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of meaningful corporate/transactional experience, strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, and an L.L.M. in either Taxation or Estate Planning. They should also be a member of the Florida bar.
