Description
Our client seeks a Mid-Level Associate in New York, NY to join their corporate transaction practice group. The role requires a Juris Doctor degree or equivalent and at least two years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing security documents, credit agreements, and ancillary transaction documents. Responsibilities include conducting change of control analysis in merger and acquisition transactions, drafting deal structure consideration memorandums, and managing communications among parties involved in transactions. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
